The next logical step was our own ABUS helmet production in Italy, the birthplace of cycling. Here we continue to expand our expertise as a helmet manufacturer. Since 2016, our factory at the foot of the Dolomites has been producing performance helmets that do not come off the assembly line: They are manufactured as if in a manufactory - perfected by hand and developed together with professional athletes.

Italy is much more than an important production location:

The land of love and pleasure is a source of inspiration for us. Here we can strengthen our competencies as a helmet manufacturer, here the cycling vibe pulsates like in hardly any other country. On alpine passes, cypress-lined serpentines or seemingly endless coastal roads, we trace Italy's cycling DNA.
