In 1924, August Bremicker and his sons ventured into independence in the small village of Volmarstein an der Ruhr and began producing the first padlocks. Today, the former business in the cellar of the family home has developed into a group of companies operating worldwide.

The brass-made 55 padlock stands as one of our timeless and versatile locks suitable for various use cases.

The 55 brass lock features a robust solid brass lock body, while its durability is ensured by the hardened steel shackle and non-corrosive internal components. The precision pin cylinder with mushroom counter pins resides within, providing secure locking. Its weather-resistant design safeguards it from wind and weather effects. Operating the lock is simple, as it locks without a key by pressing down the shackle. With its wide-ranging application possibilities, you can use it to secure loop cables, doors, gates, cabinets, lockers, tool boxes, basement windows, sheds, switchgear, barriers, and more.
